We were absolutely amazed with the professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness from Andrej at Taxi Alen. Andrej picked us up at the Lesce Bled train station at the beginning of our trip and was immediately friendly and helpful, offering recommendations of where to go during our visit. After an unexpected turn of events when the bus we were supposed to take leaving Bled canceled on us at 8pm the night before our departure, Andrej was generous enough to drive us to our destination on a holiday as all other modes of transportation we researched were unavailable. This saved us hours of stress, headache, and wasted time! We cannot recommend Andrej and Taxi Alen enough, and we hope to use their services again when we return to Bled in the future.
